退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy
伊姿寶致力於提供高品質的飾品與優質的售後服務。如您對收到的商品有疑問或需退換貨,請參考以下條款辦理。
一、一般會員售後服務
1. 退換貨申請
- 請於收到商品後 7 日內 檢查商品是否正確,並確認無新品瑕疵。
- 如商品有瑕疵或錯誤,請立即聯繫客服,我們將為您安排退換貨服務。
- 退貨時需將商品、原包裝及贈品一併寄回,確認無誤後,我們將寄出新品或辦理退款。
2. 退換貨條件
- 依據《消費者保護法》,本網站提供 7 天鑑賞期(非試用期),期間內可申請退換貨。
- 換貨僅限更換相同價位商品,若更換高價商品,需補足差額。
3. 無法受理退換貨之情形
- 超過 7 天鑑賞期。
- 商品或包裝破損、污損,或有明顯人為損壞痕跡。
- 寄回商品內容短缺(如未附上贈品、原包裝)。
- 客製化商品(含雷射刻字、訂製款)及客戶指定修改之商品,不得退換貨。
4. 售後維修服務
- 商品購買 6 個月內,若非嚴重人為損壞,可享 一次免費維修保養(如電鍍、補鑽等)。
- 超過 6 個月或較嚴重損壞,將視情況報價,提供維修服務。

After-Sales Service
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items to ensure they are correct and free of defects. If you need to request a return or exchange due to product defects, please submit your request within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
For purchases within 6 months, we provide one-time free repair and maintenance service (e.g., re-plating, stone replacement) for damages that are not caused by serious human factors. For damages exceeding this period or those considered severe, we will provide a repair quotation with available options and costs.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- If the product has a defect, please contact our customer service for return or exchange arrangements.
- As per regulations, all purchases on this website come with a 7-day appreciation period. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are limited to products of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid.
- Please return the product along with any gifts and original packaging to our designated address. Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- Requests made beyond the 7-day appreciation period.
- The product or packaging is damaged, stained, or altered due to human factors.
- The returned package is incomplete, missing accessories, free gifts, or original packaging.
- Customized or modified products based on customer requests are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
